What forms of payment do you accept?

Unless otherwise privately arranged in advance, Production Treasures exclusively accepts payment via PayPal.

How does shipping work?

The cost of shipping is NOT included in prices listed on our shop. Billing for shipping will be charged as a separate transaction after final pricing has been calculated. Production Treasures will only ship through UPS or Fedex Priority. We will not ship items through USPS. Please contact Production Treasures in advance of any purchase for specific questions about shipping arrangements. If you live outside of the continental United States, we will drop off your package at our local UPS Store and we will provide you with the store manager’s name and phone number so you call them and make shipping arrangements directly - Sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you offer payment plans?

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans. There is just too much overhead to accept them and our clients expect payment immediately most the time. However, we are always open to hearing what you have in mind depending upon the piece and situation.

Do items sold through Production Treasures come with COA or LOA?

Each item sold through Production Treasures will include a certificate of authenticity stating the item you have purchased and the production it comes from. Unless otherwise noted as being included with the lot you are purchasing, items sold through Production Treasures do not come with additional paperwork certifying authenticity. Rest assured that anything you purchase here has been procured through production sources and each piece has been researched and thoroughly vetted.
